Sunstone offers dedicated professionals numerous opportunities to be part of a passionate, knowledgeable team. We are constantly on the lookout for self-driven individuals with leadership qualities at all levels.

Managing Directors

You have 15+ years of work experience in any of the six industries, with senior leadership positions for at least 5 years in your previous jobs. You will be in charge of one or more business areas and will be responsible for profit.

Directors

You have around 10 years of experience, with successful track records in your previous professional performances. You have demonstrable managerial capabilities. You will lead a team in a specific industry such as insurance.

Associate Directors

You will have around 8 years of work experience. You have either assumed some leadership roles with your recent employer or have the potential to pick up one in the very near future with Sunstone.

Senior Advisors

You have around 5 years of work experience. You are an excellent performer in your day-to-day work with measurable success in client assignments, ready to move to the next higher position.

Advisors

You have between 1-3 years of experience. Sunstone offers you specific training programs to help you move up both in your business skills and the corporate ranking system.

Associates/Interns

You are a recent graduate or are still in school, wishing to receive some taste of the workings of an international consulting firm such as Sunstone. We give you the unique opportunity to mix up with international and Chinese professionals and learn their cultures and business practices.
